1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using our services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. They apply to all clients, visitors, and users of our website. Please read them carefully before starting any project.

2. Scope of Services

We offer marketing, branding, advertising, and design solutions. Project scope, deliverables, and timelines are outlined before work begins.

3. Client Collaboration

Timely feedback, clear input, and access to required assets are essential. Delays from the client side may impact the project schedule, Open communication ensures smooth progress.

4. Payment Policy

Invoices must be paid as per the agreed timeline in the contract. Delayed payments may pause work or delay delivery.

5. Ownership & Rights

Final approved work is transferred to the client after full payment. We retain rights to use designs for portfolio and promotion purposes.

6. Revisions & Changes

We provide Kleva rounds of revisions depending on the project scope. Extra revisions beyond this may incur additional charges. Major changes after final approval are considered new work.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice. Work completed up to the termination point will be billed. Advance payments are non-refundable unless mutually agreed.
